Delighted with my purchase! I bought 3 kitchen stools and am impressed with the quality, delivery and ease of ordering. They are a beautiful addition to our renovated kitchen and so comfy! It’s a bit risky buying from an unknown retailer but I would buy from Replica again and recommend them.

I couldn’t fault Replica Furniture. I ordered one stool online as I live interstate. I wanted to be sure it looked right for my kitchen. It was exactly as photographed and arrived within a few days, packaged properly and looked fantastic. The other 4 stools then arrived a week later. Definitely 5 star service & 5 star product.

Some of the reviews on here are incredible. The woman complaining that her chairs were no longer available in the warehouse 3 weeks after she bought them? It's not a free storage facility love. And the lady complaining that the upholstery on her seat cushions didn't stay crease free after sitting on them? Deary me. I've had an exceptional experience! Ordered six stools online, only $35 each so not expecting any kind of after sales service. However, on the day of delivery I got a phone call from a lovely customer service person to double check my order and see if that day was OK for delivery, and to let me know what to expect. They arrived and we decided we didn't like the colour. I called and asked about exchanging and they were so helpful - offering me the choice of the warehouse or, if on the weekend, they would move the stock to their store and I could swap the stools there. Exceeding expectations in every way. Thank you!

Replica Furniture were a pleasure to deal with. Delivery was exactly as they promised. The Eames chair looks to be of excellent quality and the packaging was very impressive despite a hole in the side of the outer box the protection inside ensured the chair arrived untouched. Very impressed.
